MP and councillors plan litter pick
The local MP and councillors have organised a litter pick around the Blackamoor Road area of Swinton.
After receiving complaints from constituents about the problem, John Healey and councillors from Swinton and Wath wards will be collecting rubbish on Friday 4 April.
Anyone who would like to help will be welcome.
The group will be meeting at the Pottery Ponds car park on Blackamoor Road at 10am.
Rotherham Council is providing gloves, bags and other equipment and will collect waste at the end of the day.
